OUR PROCESS

Step 1

REACH OUT: this is when you reach out to us, and we discuss which of our services you're interested in as well as send you an invoice for a 50% deposit.

Step 2

THE QUESTIONNAIRE: after we sort out what you'll need created, we'll send you a short questionnaire that'll give us some idea of what you want your cover to look like. We'll ask about color palette, vibe, genre, etc.

Step 3

THE EBOOK COVER: next, we'll set to work. We usually will design the ebook cover first and foremost so that it can act as a sort of draft. We'll send you that design before we go any further in the design process to ensure we're on the right track with your vision.

Step 4

THE FULL WRAP: once the ebook cover is approved, we'll start on the full wrap. When that's finished, we'll send you a screen cap of the full wrap that will include the "safe zones" from your respective distributor as guides, so that you can see what the spine and back will look like.

Step 5

REVISIONS: if you have any revisions, they happen here. All packages come with 5 revisions built in. If you have more after that, you will be charged a small fee per revision.

Step 6

FINALIZATION: with revisions done, it's time for finalizing your files. We'll ask for your isbn, and page count so that we can ensure your template works properly for your distributor. Once all those are sorted, you'll get finalized PDFs for your respective distributor.
